Return Eligibility

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a return.
  • Installed or used items cannot be returned.
  • Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.

Return Process

  1. Request a Return – Contact our customer support team at support@koolineplumbing.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Approval & Instructions – If eligible, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item – Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  4. Inspection & Refund – Once received, our team will inspect the item and process a refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or special-order products
  • Installed, used, or damaged items (unless due to shipping damage)
  • Clearance or final sale items

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
