Return Eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition to qualify for a return.
- Installed or used items cannot be returned.
- Custom or special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.
Return Process
- Request a Return – Contact our customer support team at support@koolineplumbing.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval & Instructions – If eligible, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item – Securely package the item and ship it to the address provided. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- Inspection & Refund – Once received, our team will inspect the item and process a refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom or special-order products
- Installed, used, or damaged items (unless due to shipping damage)
- Clearance or final sale items
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
